Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park is located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, near the city of "Volcano". The park offers great views of large valley oaks and meadows. The native Indians used to grind their supply of acorns in the grinding rocks which are still visible to this day. It's not a very well know park, so you won't normally find many visitors to interfere with your photography. Definitely worth a visit.
